My mom doesn’t see that her son is a dishonest dangerous person How can I open her eyes?

Ok I have a brother 4 yrs older than me who is a total loser. He is in and out of jail constantly for DUI,driving without a license, and no insurance. He jut recently got out again and swears just like always that he is not drinking. Last time he said this my mom had found beer receipts and cans in his work stuff. She made him leave vowed not to tust him and here he is back in the picture again. Last time she gave him her truck with the understanding that he had a license and insurance. Well he got drunk of course and crashed it into a Sees Candy. Come to find out he never transferred the vehicle to his name and she was sent a bill to come and get it from the impound. My mom also cosigned to get him an apartment , which he trashed and lost everything and did not pay rent and who was responsible? My mom!If this is not bad enough when my grandpa died, the day of his service he shows up after years of no contact and borrows 5000 dollars from my grandma! He has threatened my mom in her face screaming at her making her feel unsafe. My little brother has seen all of this and no one seems to think it is a problem. Because of my older brother my litttle brother is now smoking marijuana/drug dealing and has been found with alcohol! And my mom doesn’t understand why!! I refuse to be around when he is there. Last time he threatened to strangle me and harassed me to the point that I had to leave on Christmas. He was invited to my little brothers graduation so I wouldn’t go. Now my little brother wants nothing to do with me. The other day my mom was feeling down so I suggested we redecorate her room so we painted, well a few days later I was supposed to go back over there and she said “um your brother will be here painting the ceiling but I will put you in a hotel so you don’t have to be around him” Why should I stay in a hotel? I refused to go over there and dont want to speak to her. Redoing her room was our project why did she have to include him in it? He lives 3 hours away and has no money so she clearly had to pay for his trip which makes no sense; we could have done it, or her friend who painted the other rooms could have done it. It is a slap in the face everyday when I am the child who does not smoke do drugs, or drink. I work and go to school yet everyone acts as if he has done nothing wrong. I dont’ have kids at 24 but I think that all parents must have a point where they say enough but my mom doesnt. There are things he has done and said to me about her that I would never dream of telling her but should I tell her? They are horrible things and I mean horrible and I know they would hurt her. How can I make her see? She really has no idea why my little brother is the way he is what is the matter with her comprehension please help!!

Ok so update. my mother has totally cut me off. She will not answer my calls and turns off her phone. I never ended up telling her what my brother has said about her so I don’t know what her problem is. NOW what do I do.?

Why doesn’t it seem like my spouse supports me anymore?

Me and my spouse have 2 children together, pretty young. Together we make just about 40k a year. She makes a little more than me but I provide the health insurance. I had dreams when I was growing up and the kids weren’t planned. I want to be a good father and good husband and also pursue my goals. I have been trying to come up with ideas for careers that would help gain us more money and she would work less and can be with the kids, but so far she has been negative about my ideas and i’m not getting any support. is this normal in other relationships? these ideas/goals wouldn’t hurt anyone or us financially. How can i get her to be more supportive without bluntly saying “honey, why don’t you support me ever?”??
a little more details. before i present my ideas i always do extensive research into it, how it will effect *us* as a family. give a lil more into our relationship, i’m more positive while she is more pessamistic…hope this helps!
